Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Champions Fore Derek Golf Tournament on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Volunteers are needed during three primary shifts throughout the day. Please review the options below and complete the form at the bottom of the page to sign up. The deadline to register is Thursday, July 9, 2026!

MORNING - 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM

  • Registration / hospitality

  • Banners and signage setup

  • Hole sponsor & contest signage

  • Assemble swag bags

  • Breakfast area prep

  • Prepare beverage cart

  • Setup tents

  • Ensure measuring and tracking devices are in place

TOURNAMENT - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • On-course spotters

  • Hole contest monitors

  • Hydration / beverage cart operators

AFTERNOON - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Lunch area prep

  • Raffle and auction

  • Awards and prizes

  • Collect all signs and banners

  • Clean up
